Givenchy introduces camera bags and crossbody bags in its Antigona men's collection by Matthew M. Williams

Sep 7, 2021

For Fall/Winter 2021, Givenchy's Antigona leather bag range is expanded with the addition of two new men's designs by Matthew M. Williams. Evolving the leather goods introduced in his Spring/Summer 2021 debut collection as Givenchy's Creative Director, Williams has infused the Antigona U camera bag and crossbody bag with an urban, sophisticated interpretation of the Maison's DNA.

Crafted from ultra-soft matte black leather, these new pieces feature padding and grooves inspired by vintage car seats, evoking a strong rock aesthetic. This symmetrical beauty is the result of a complex process requiring high-frequency and electric welding techniques. Williams's passion for hardware led him to explore galvanizing techniques, resulting in two-tone dark gray and black metal parts, U-shaped elements and zippers.

The Antigona U camera bag and crossbody bag combine fashion and functionality, making them ideal for any occasion.

These new men's accessories, designed by Matthew M. Williams for Givenchy, will be available in Givenchy stores from September 15th.

Price range: Camera bag from ¥242,000, crossbody bag from ¥214,500 (tax included)
