Dior releases new ad featuring actress Jennifer Lawrence

Apr 8, 2017

Dior has released the campaign visuals and video for its Fall 2017 collection, featuring actress Jennifer Lawrence. French photographer Brigitte Lacombe captured Jennifer Lawrence in a natural pose, wearing the latest collection by Maria Grazia Chiuri. The chic black-and-white images highlight her relaxed expression and elegant charm. In the campaign visuals, she wears a statement T-shirt bearing the words "WE SHOULD ALL BE FEMINISTS" over a mannish Bar jacket, paired with cut-off jeans, pointed-toe pumps, and J'ADIOR ballet flats, creating a look that echoes the style of young, feminine women, blending comfort and sophistication. Her natural vibe is further enhanced by a variety of rings adorned with various motifs, lucky necklaces adorned with bird and star motifs, and bags that are symbolic of this season, often worn cross-body or by hand. Among them, the iconic Lady Dior has been reinterpreted by Maria Grazia Chiuri with new charms and a wide shoulder strap for a bohemian look, giving it a fresh look. Furthermore, the vintage-like C'est Dior, inspired by bags stored in the Maison's archives, and the Dior Addict, inspired by old trunks and cannage motifs, also appear in the campaign visuals as this season's it items.
