PLEATS PLEASE ISSEY MIYAKE will release an exclusive capsule collection exclusively at OPENING CEREMONY. It will be available at the Omotesando store from May 9th to 26th, at the Nagoya PARCO midi store from May 30th to June 9th, and at the NU Chayamachi store from June 13th to 23rd.

The collection consists of five styles, including tank tops, skirts, dresses, tunics, and pants, in two different print patterns. The prints come in two varieties: a painterly striped pattern and a vibrant pattern featuring floral motifs. Inspired by the vibrant atmosphere of the Mexican festival "Cinco de Mayo," the skirts and dresses are designed to form flower shapes when laid flat, evoking the luxurious blossoms that bloom in Mexico.
