OMEGA brand ambassador and actor Daniel Craig visited the newly opened OMEGA factory in Villeret, Switzerland, known as the heart of Swiss watchmaking. OMEGA also produced a limited edition watch commemorating the release of Spectre, the 24th film in the James Bond series starring Daniel Craig. Visiting the factory with OMEGA President Stephen Urquhart, Daniel Craig observed the manufacturing process for each OMEGA watch component and was fascinated by the watch's structure and manufacturing techniques. He also witnessed the production of the limited edition James Bond Seamaster 300 007 Limited model. After the tour, Daniel Craig commented, "What's most amazing is that all of these watches are made from scratch. They start with nothing and create a perfectly functioning watch. I thought that was truly amazing. I was fascinated by the manufacturing techniques and history that go into each and every watch."
