"ROPPONGI HALLOWEEN," a Halloween event held in Roppongi, Tokyo, from October 16th to 31st, is part of the "Art and Design Urban Development" initiative to further develop Roppongi.

Also known as "Rokuharo," this Halloween event, co-hosted by the Roppongi Shopping District Promotion Association and Minato Ward, was launched last year by the local community, centered around the Roppongi Shopping District stores. This year's event will be even more exciting than last year's.


On October 25th, one of Japan's largest "Costume Dance Parades" will be held, with general participants, professional dancers, DJs, and character characters marching in costume along the 1.7km stretch from Roppongi-dori Street to Gaien-Higashi-dori Street. This year's number of participants has been expanded from 1,900 last year to 3,000. There will also be a "Trick or Treat" event, where participating stores will sell tickets for sweets and original gifts. This event will also feature more participating stores than last year.

Other events during the period include the "6 HALLO Bar," where you can enjoy original "Halloween snacks" and one drink from participating stores at a discount by purchasing a ticket, and the display of "6 HALLO lanterns" that will decorate the streets of Roppongi with orange lanterns. There will also be a "Roppongi Town Cleanup Campaign" to clean up the Roppongi area. There will also be a food court and corporate booths set up on the streets.
