Michel Herbelin Japon will release the NEWPORT DIVER, a full-fledged automatic diver's watch that has been newly added to the lineup of its men's flagship collection, Newport, and the NEWPORT SLIM, a slim hand-wound quartz watch with a case thickness of less than 7.30mm, on July 21, 2021.
NEWPORT DIVER AUTOMATIC
The Newport Collection, known for its case design inspired by a porthole (a small window in a ship's hull), introduces the collection's first full-fledged diver's watch, featuring a cushion-shaped case that was a trend in the 1970s, a unidirectional ceramic bezel, a screw-down crown, an FKM rubber strap, and water resistance to 30 bar. While evoking the beauty of the era, the watch faithfully reproduces Newport's DNA down to the smallest details, such as the porthole-motif case design, the center lugs on the strap, and the helm engraved on the crown. It is available in the Newport Collection's traditional blue or a chic black.
