Y's opens a limited store at Shibuya Parco. Pink Label launches new line "Gypsy."

May 16, 2014

The first standalone pop-up shop for Y's PINK LABEL, the new line from Y's, will be open from May 16th to 22nd in the event space on the first floor of Parco Part 1 in Shibuya, Tokyo.

The shop will also be selling the second collaboration item with US-based fine artist Shohei Takasaki. Dresses, shirts, pants, and other pieces featuring dynamic line and color paintings will be featured as "wearable art." Eco bags and smartphone cases will also be available.

The shop will also be carrying the new skater-inspired line, Gipsy, which will primarily feature loose-fitting T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, pants, and other items. The brand name, "Y's" with "PIG" added backwards, is based on the concept of a free-spirited gypsy.

"Y's neutral," which was born under the new concept of "wearing unisex clothes," will also be holding a pop-up event exclusively for 2014SS at the same venue from May 23rd to June 22nd.
