JR Central Takashimaya Co., Ltd. will open "JR Nagoya Takashimaya Watch Maison" on the first and second floors (part of the building) of the Dai Nagoya Building, operated by Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. We are pleased to announce the opening date and details of the brands.
[JR Nagoya Takashimaya's First Store Outside the Building]
Our store's watch sales have been growing year by year, and we have received many requests from customers to expand our watch sales area. However, due to space limitations in our existing store, this expansion was not possible. For our first store outside the building, we have decided to expand our watch sales area and relocate it to the Dai Nagoya Building, which is well-suited to displaying high-end luxury watches. The new store will be called "Watch Maison*." We hope to meet customer expectations and contribute to further revitalizing the Nagoya Station area.
*Watch Maison is the name of one of Japan's largest watch specialty sales areas, operated by Takashimaya Co., Ltd. in its Nihonbashi and Osaka stores.

With a sales floor space of approximately 1,200 square meters, one of the largest in Japan, the store will house 21 shops and carry approximately 90 brands. The sales floor space is approximately double that of the previous store.
●Two new shops opening, carrying approximately 30 new brands
Two new shops have opened. Approximately 30 new brands will be carried. *Some items are available for a limited time only
● Existing brands will have expanded floor space and ample customer service space added
Existing brands will also be significantly renovated, with larger floor space and ample customer service space added, and will be reborn with the latest designs that express the brand's worldview.
● The Pop-up Area will host more than 20 events per year
A new area will be created for limited-time launches of brands other than the regular brands, and for the announcement of new releases from each brand. (2nd floor)
● The Watch Repair Corner will offer expanded watch repair and consultation services
The Watch Repair Corner will employ more watch repair technicians with specialized knowledge and high technical skills, and will provide consultation on any watch-related matter in the newly established ample customer service space. (2nd floor)
