The film depicts the tumultuous decade beginning in 1967, shortly after his global breakthrough with the "Mondrian Look" and "Smoking." Despite his relentless pursuit of beauty, Saint Laurent's heart was never satisfied. Hidden behind his brilliant success lay the life-consuming pains of creativity and slumps. This film reveals the true nature of his life, never before revealed to the public. Popular and talented actor Gaspard Ulliel delivers a passionate performance, brimming with pheromones, portraying the acclaim and loneliness of this genius designer.
