Perfume and Isetan Shinjuku will hold their second collaboration event, "Perfume x ISETAN Pick Me Up vol.2," from October 28th to November 2nd, following their first event this spring. This time, the project will be held at five stores, including Isetan Shinjuku, Hiroshima Mitsukoshi (where the members are from), JR Kyoto Isetan, Isetan Haneda Store, and Isetan Tachikawa, in addition to Isetan Shinjuku.
The theme this time is once again "JAPAN NEW POWER." Perfume, who have attracted attention from around the world with their artistic expressions using digital techniques, and Isetan, which excels in the analog power of Japanese hospitality, will propose a variety of items, from clothing to cafe menu items, based on four keywords derived from a digital-analog combination.
The first keyword is "FASHION." Based in the TOKYO Kaihoku (liberation zone) on the second floor of the main building, the store will offer T-shirts (7,000 yen) and tote bags (3,000 yen) featuring illustrations and graphics created by illustrator SHOGO SEKINE and graphic artist YOSHIROTTEN in honor of the three members of Perfume. The store will also carry some of the artist and live merchandise previously sold at Perfume's live venues.
Next up is Perfume's iconic "high heel." The "Perfume Dance Heels," created as part of a collaboration project this spring, are now available in new fall/winter colors, gray suede and pink suede (19,000 yen each). The high heels, which were created after the members repeatedly tested the prototypes, are available in a wide range of sizes, from 21cm to 26cm. These will be sold in the women's shoes section on the second floor of the main building.
The third keyword is "movies." In conjunction with Perfume's first documentary film, "WE ARE Perfume," which will be released on October 31st, a photo spot themed on the film will be set up in the Center Park/TOKYO Kaihoku area on the second floor of the main building of the store.
The fourth keyword is "CAFE." Rose Bakery on the third floor of the main building, a place visited by the members, who are publicly known for their love of Isetan, will be introducing shortbread with a high heel motif. Additionally, a sweet pink cocktail with a Perfume scent, made with MARTINI sparkling wine, will be available at The Stand on the second floor of the main building and Bistro Cafe Ladies & Gentleman on the third floor.
This six-day limited-time experience will showcase styling ideas for concerts and festivals, based on requests from the members, mixed with Perfume merchandise and items from the fashion brands sold at the store.
