Last year, DAMIANI, one of Italy's leading high jewelers, celebrated its 90th anniversary. This year marks the beginning of the next decade leading up to its centennial. The brand will close its Damiani Boutique Tokyo on Namiki-dori Street in Tokyo's Chuo Ward and reopen its new flagship store, "Damiani Ginza Tower" (7-8-8 Ginza, Chuo Ward, Tokyo) on Chuo-dori Street on August 8th. "Damiani Ginza Tower" will be one of the largest Damiani boutiques in the world. The nine-story tower will house both boutique and office functions, with retail space on the first three floors and a VIP room on the top floor, the ninth floor. Jewelry will be sold on the first floor, bridal on the second floor, and high jewelry on the third floor. To commemorate the opening, the brand will release a "Damiani Ginza Tower Commemorative Necklace" from its signature "Belle Epoque" collection. The necklace is a smaller version of the limited edition cross necklace that was created to commemorate the 90th anniversary last year and was well received, and has been priced at 788,000 yen, in keeping with the tower's address, "Ginza 7-8-8."
Also from the same collection, a necklace (2.5 million yen) exclusive to "Damiani Ginza Tower" and "Damiani Osaka Boutique" will be released in a limited run of 30 pieces. The surface is adorned with baguette-cut diamonds, and the sides are lavishly studded with brilliant-cut diamonds.
