Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo offers a special Christmas course with a raspberry "buche" as a souvenir

Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo, a luxury French restaurant in Tokyo's Ginza district, will be offering a special Christmas menu from December 17th to 27th (course only: ¥38,000, course + bûche: ¥45,000). The Christmas menu at Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo offers a full course menu for lunch and dinner. Starting with an amuse-bouche, the menu includes Hokkaido Notsuke Scallops with Radicchio and Radicchio, Flounder with Lobster and Fenouille and Sabayon Sauce, Ezo Abalone with Shogoin Daikon and Black Truffle, Wagyu Beef Fillet with Winter Vegetables in Red Wine Sauce, Citrus Fruits and Chestnuts, and Strawberry Melba. There's also a special course menu with a limited-edition bûche de Noël as a souvenir. The bûche de Noël is a vibrant and visually stunning combination of raspberry jelly and mousse. Wine pairings are also available as an option. Prices include tax and service charge. The Buche de Noel will not be sold separately.
