New Balance has released a new black colorway for its renowned "1400" shoe, known for its comfort. The new colorway will be available from April 3rd at the official New Balance online store, all New Balance official stores (excluding T-HOUSE), and some other New Balance retailers.

The "1400", which has a reputation for comfort even within New Balance's "Made in U.S.A. category", is the second generation of the 1000 series, which began with the "1300" released in 1985. However, at the time, mass production was not possible due to its revolutionary sole structure, and it was not finally released until 1994. Since then, the shoe has gained many fans for its refined, classic form and comfortable fit, making it a well-known model that has been loved for a long time as a classic.
