This "Bag with Holes" tote bag, with raw edges and holes punched into it, was first created in 2014. This item was created by Rei Kawakubo as part of a collaborative project called "Icons and Iconoclasts: Celebrating Monogram," in which six innovative artists put their own unique spin on Louis Vuitton's iconic "Monogram." The project also features well-known fashion designers such as Rei Kawakubo, Karl Lagerfeld, and Christian Louboutin, as well as photographer and film director Cindy Sherman, product designer Marc Newson, and architect Frank Gehry. The new collection was released to commemorate the opening of the Louis Vuitton Ginza Namiki-dori store.
This new limited edition "Bag with Holes" model retains the shape of the bag that was released seven years ago, but is crafted from supple black grained cowhide leather with an embossed Monogram pattern. It also comes with a removable textile pouch inside.
It comes in two sizes: the original "MM size" which can store a generous amount of items, and the slightly smaller "PM size" which comes with a strap and can be used as a crossbody bag.

In addition to the "MM size," a slightly smaller "PM size" is also available.
This "Bag with Holes" is being sold by lottery.
To enter the lottery, you must add Louis Vuitton's official LINE account (http://bit.ly/lvjplnbc2770) as a friend and answer a LINE survey between March 1st and March 7th. The lottery will then be drawn for those who respond.
Details on how to apply will be announced on March 1st on Louis Vuitton's official LINE account.
