To coincide with the launch of Gucci's Spring/Summer 2016 collection, a special display called "Gucci Garden" will be on display on the first floor of Dover Street Market Ginza from March 4th to April 6th. Models Yuka Mannami, Iruka, Shen Tanaka, and Misaki Hayashida attended the opening dressed in pieces from the Spring/Summer collection. Hair and makeup artist Yuya Nara and creator blogger Matsuyu also made an appearance, creating a glamorous atmosphere.


The exhibit this time is an installation themed around "Gucci Garden." The collection expresses a fantasy world through the frequent use of flora and fauna, such as giant butterflies, bees, ladybugs, birds, and snakes, which are often seen in creative director Alessandro Michele's collections. Elephant objects and torsos covered in colorful fabrics are also adorned with Alessandro's eye motifs.
