Chloe will launch its first skincare line, the Chloe Crème de la Rose series, on April 17th. Developed specifically for the skin of Japanese women who adore Chloe fragrances, the line will be available in Japan for six months ahead of the rest of the world.
Chloe Crème de la Rose uses the rare Centifolia rose, which blooms only in May in Grasse, southern France. Rose essence, which has long been used as a skin-beautifying ingredient due to its fragrance and properties, is blended with various plant extracts and shea butter.
First, the alcohol-free toner, Rose Lotion (200ml/6,300 yen), penetrates the stratum corneum, leaving skin fresh and hydrated for the next step. The next step is the oil-based serum, Rose Oil (30ml/15,750 yen), which deeply moisturizes and plumps skin. Despite being an oil, it can also be used under makeup. The finishing moisturizer comes in two varieties: the light Rose Emulsion (50ml/¥12,600) and the rich Rose Cream (50ml/¥14,700). The Rose Cream, designed for dry skin, melts into the skin, providing moisture for up to 24 hours. Approximately 90% of women who have used the series report feeling "happy," making this a skincare line that not only delivers beautiful skin but also a sense of well-being. The pleated bottles and metal caps are inspired by Chloé's signature fragrances, with the caps for the lotion, cream, and emulsion being ivory. Each product has a smooth texture like bare skin and a pink hue. The Chloé Crème de la Rose, a fragrance that delights the senses, will be available for pre-sale starting April 17th exclusively at Isetan Shinjuku, Hankyu Umeda, and the official Chloé Fragrance website.
