On February 16th, Bungeishunju announced on its website that author Murakami Haruki will be publishing a new full-length novel in April. This will be Murakami's first new work in three years, since 2010's "1Q84 BOOK 3" (Shinchosha).

Murakami Haruki is one of the leading contemporary novelists, having been nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature every year in recent years. His masterpiece, "Norwegian Wood," was made into a film in 2010 and stars model Mizuhara Kiko.
