MUVEIL's "ARBRE" bag series is releasing limited-edition Christmas items. To coincide with the release at the flagship store, GALLERY MUVEIL, an exhibition by the female designer duo AHONEN & LAMBERG, who designed the graphics, will be held from November 28th.
ARBRE, which began with the 2014 Pre-Fall collection, features a new Christmas-limited edition, unveiled on the 21st, featuring a monogram pattern, a stark departure from previous floral leopard and camouflage prints. The items include tote bags in two sizes, small and medium, as well as a clutch bag with two-tone grosgrain tape in the center, both available in navy and white. The designs for this collection were created by the Finnish female designer duo AHONEN & LAMBERG. Their work will be on display in the GALLERY MUVEIL gallery space from November 28th to December 4th. Ahonen & Ramberg is a Paris-based design studio founded in 2006 by Finnish-born Anna Ahonen and Katariina Ramberg. Their work primarily focuses on creative consulting, visual identity, interior and graphic design, and their diverse client base includes Diesel, Carven, and Lacoste, as well as Wallpaper* Magazine, and Japanese designers such as Uniqlo, John Lawrence Sullivan, and Akira Naka. "Graphic design is about conveying a message on a visual level, it's storytelling. It reflects the era and moment we live in, yet is timeless and evokes a sense of the future," the studio explains. This exhibition allows visitors to experience their artwork up close and fully experience their unique worldview. The two are also scheduled to visit Japan for the reception on the first day of the exhibition.
