Tod's will bring artisans from its Italian workshop to Japan to hold a pop-up event demonstrating the making of bags and shoes.

Tod's will be holding a pop-up event from March 15th to 21st at the Isetan Shinjuku store's main building's handbag/promotion section on the first floor and women's shoes/promotion section on the second floor.

The theme of Tod's 2017 Spring/Summer campaign, "Tod's Journal," expresses the high-quality Italian lifestyle, and artisans visiting from Italian workshops will demonstrate the latest collection that fits into various everyday scenes, as well as the traditional handmade world that creates its charm. The venue will also be accepting orders for Tod's customization service, "My Gommino," which allows customers to choose their preferred model, material, color, and details from Tod's iconic "Gommino" driving shoes, and even have their initials engraved. Items on sale at the venue include the Isetan Shinjuku store exclusive "Sera" bag in pink beige (Piccola: ¥236,000, Mini: ¥216,000) and the "Double Tee Mini" loafers (pink beige: ¥83,000, brown: ¥76,000, white: ¥76,000). Customers who spend over a certain amount will also receive a limited-edition special gift. Additionally, the "Tod's Artisan Event," a demonstration event featuring artisans visiting Japan, will be held at the Tod's Omotesando boutique on March 11th and 12th, and at the Tod's boutique on the second floor of the Daimaru Tokyo store from March 24th to 26th.
