Hummel's new platform sneakers feature minimalist design and functionality typical of Scandinavian brands.

Danish sports brand hummel has released a new, sporty, platform-soled sneaker called "REACH," which utilizes technology developed in European handball. This model combines the minimalist design typical of Scandinavian brands with added functionality, and will be available at shoe shops nationwide, including the official Hummel sneaker store, S-Rush Harajuku, from early September.

■ Comfortable European dad sneakers
These sneakers feature Hummel's proprietary "REACH" sole. Using technology developed in European handball, this revolutionary sole system is lightweight, provides excellent cushioning, and generates propulsion.

The upper design combines Scandinavian simplicity with bold overlock stitching and color combinations for a futuristic finish. These are versatile sneakers recommended for walking, fitness, and other activities.

The Reach series consists of two items and seven colorways. The REACH LX 600 is a pair of shoes with a minimalist design that stands out with coloring typical of Scandinavian brands. The REACH LX 300 is accented with three-dimensional chevron parts, which are Hummel's identity. The upper and tongue are one piece, making it an easy-to-wear slip-on type.
