During Paris Men's Fashion Week, LOEWE unveiled the advertising campaign visuals for its Spring/Summer 2018 collection. They will be displayed in kiosks throughout Paris until June 28th.
The advertising visuals feature three different scenes. The first is from Steven Meisel's new series, "Compositions." A transparent table is placed in front of a cloud-dotted blue sky, on which various objects—pencils, paper bags, slices of bread, golf balls—are arranged, obscuring which are real and which are optical illusions.
The second image is the main focus of the campaign, a backlit fashion photograph by Meisel. Oliver Sonne, a 17-year-old model appearing in his first major brand campaign, is seen wearing a stretch suede swimsuit, underwear-inspired trunks, lace-up boots, and a pony-skin-trimmed fisherman's knit hat.
A third image shows the Goya Backpack in a black calfskin and tartan combination, which is currently available in Loewe stores. All three images will appear on a billboard outside the brand's showroom on Place Saint-Sulpice.
The Fashion Week campaign also includes a close-up image of Sonne, and 5,000 posters featuring these four images will be displayed in key areas of Paris, including Gare Saint-Lazare, the Opéra Garnier and Le Marais.
