Starting July 16th, New York-based restaurant Sarabeth's (LUMINE Shinjuku/Shinagawa/Tokyo/Nagoya/Osaka) will be hosting a "French Toast Holic" fair, featuring French toast, one of the restaurant's signature dishes, with limited-time special menu items featuring various twists available every two weeks. The first of these, a memorable offering, will be "Sunshine French Toast" (1,480 yen plus tax, limited to 30 servings per store per day), which will be available until July 31st, allowing customers to enjoy the delicious flavors of various breakfast dishes all at once.


"French Toast Holic" will feature a total of five special sliced toast items. To celebrate the fair, we're holding a stamp rally. Collect three items and receive an original Sarabeth's mug. Those who complete all three items will also be invited to the "Encore French Toast" event in November (the return of the popular French toast dish from the fair).

This special menu features four iconic American breakfast items on one plate: French toast, granola, fresh fruit, and yogurt. The French toast is sprinkled with homemade granola and baked, resulting in a crispy exterior and fluffy interior. The sweet and tart flavor of the fresh fruit (strawberries and bananas) and the rich, creamy strained yogurt and sweet honey complement the deliciousness of the French toast.
