Onitsuka Tiger's 2020 Fall/Winter Collection also features a collaboration with Brian Kenny.

Onitsuka Tiger, a Japanese fashion brand, offers contemporary collections that blend fashion and sports, heritage and innovation.

The 2020 Fall/Winter collection features a lineup that blends modern and technical elements while retaining Onitsuka Tiger's signature style. These include a military jacket that mixes and matches fabrics like quilting and nylon for a remade look, and a down jacket with an eye-catching design featuring technical elements made by joining together different textures of nylon and pop neon colors. A variety of materials are also used, including a velour-like glossy nylon that retains elegance while incorporating a sporty feel. The footwear lineup includes the latest models that combine elements from Onitsuka Tiger's archives with contemporary designs. The "DENTIGRE BOOT" combines the uppers of classic boots and court shoes made with a mix of different materials with an eye-catching sole, while the "BIG LOGO TRAINER 2.0 MT" hybridizes the uppers of classic running shoes and archive mid-cut sneakers with a modern sole. The collection's signature items, pants featuring a patchwork of pop culture-inspired number motifs and shoes made with a colorful mix of materials, were created in collaboration with New York-based Brian Kenny. Pair these special pieces with a color-blocked nylon puffer jacket to add a playful touch to urban sporty styles. The color palette is comprised of a variety of colors that are timeless, ranging from vivid colors like neon and light green to dark colors like navy and black, as well as key military colors. The collection pieces feature the brand's new motif, the blue and red crow stripes that were used on training wear in the 1970s, adding a striking touch. More than 70 years after the brand's founding, the Onitsuka Tiger spirit remains intact, while contemporary elements are fused to offer a timeless style. Andrea Pompilio, Creative Director of Onitsuka Tiger, was born in Italy. Raised in an environment where his father was an architect, his mother a painter, and his grandmother ran a boutique, he dreamed of becoming a fashion designer from an early age. He studied fashion at the University of Fine Arts in Pesaro and the Marangoni Institute in Milan, and after gaining experience at renowned brands, launched his signature brand in the Fall/Winter 2011 collection. The collaborative brand "Onitsuka Tiger x Andrea Pompilio" was launched at Pitti Uomo in January 2013.
