Thom Browne presented his first-ever home collection at Palazzina Appiani on April 16th during Milan Salone, unveiling a collaboration with the 160-year-old brand Frette.

Thom Browne's first presentation at Milan Salone was held in the neo-classical Palazzina Appiani. Inside, a bed placed in the center of the hall was covered in luxurious cotton satin bedding made in collaboration with Frette, and featured the brand's signature 4-bar detailing. Only once they don suits reinterpreting the mid-century office uniform in Thom Browne's signature grey are they ready to drift off into dreamland.

As they sleep, an eerie yet synchronous relationship emerges between the mundane act of napping and the symmetrical nature of the Napoleonic space. The performance and installation interrogate the audience about the role of clothing in public life.
