Okawara Kentaro, who is active both in Japan and abroad in a wide range of fields, from CD artwork to live painting, will be holding a solo exhibition, "OKAWARA KENTARO EXHIBITION "LITTLE HOMIE," at Omotesando ROCKET from January 20th to 25th.

Okawara Kentaro is an artist and painter who is active both in Japan and overseas, focusing on two-dimensional works. He has energetically produced dynamic works characterized by strong lines and a unique sense of color. In 2014, he founded the label Genius Yellow Monkey Publishing, and has collaborated with a variety of artists.

The exhibition will feature Okawara's new paintings, drawings, and sculptures, all of which will be on display and for sale. Also on sale will be original merchandise such as T-shirts and miscellaneous goods, as well as "Momotaro," Okawara's first illustrated work from the picture book series, which remakes classic picture books into more accessible, pop art under the theme of "More Pop Art for All Children!", and his new work "Urashima Taro," which will be released on December 24th.
