Many people have probably been curious about this, but CARLOTHA RAY is a footwear collection brand that just debuted in the Spring/Summer 2020 season. It became a hot topic immediately after its launch, and despite it being only its first season, it has already attracted attention from many media outlets and shops.

This collection was inspired by porcelain, and its romantic silhouettes are sure to excite.


The romantic and charming silhouette is sure to catch your eye. The color palette is also appealing. And the fact that these items are "sustainable" makes them hard to take your eyes off of.

The keyword "sustainable" is one that we hear and see often these days. The entire collection is designed in Paris by Mariela Schwarz Montiel, who works in a variety of fields including footwear and porcelain, and produced in Italy.



The collection, designed with her experience and expertise, pays homage to her grandmother, who dedicated her life to educating local communities in Paraguay and protecting the earth through reforestation, and to her husband, who is the owner of RAYNAUD, a renowned French silverware and Western-style tableware brand for which she is involved in the art direction.

Prices range from 14,000 to 16,000 yen. Main stores stocking the collection are 6, Ronherman, Nihonbashi Takashimaya, and ESTNATION.
