One year after Camille Micheli's debut as artistic director, Pucci's Summer 2023 collection was shown for the first time in Florence. People gathered outdoors, savoring the Florentine air and feeling the gentle breeze. Vibrant Pucci colors complemented the Tuscan palette. Evocative, delicate, pulsating, and uplifting music. Emilio Pucci and the Maison's hometown, Florence, played leading roles in this spectacular encounter between the Pucci lifestyle and the runway.
Inspired by the mission patch designed by Emilio Pucci for the crew of Apollo 15 in 1971, this season sees the brand enter a new realm that simultaneously realizes "fantasy" and "wearability." It also explores "Air" and "Space," resulting in comfortable yet sophisticated silhouettes.
This time, Camille Micheli describes the new direction of the Maison embodied in the Summer 2023 collection as a "new journey," and so we present "PUCCI x New Journey," a fashion story told by photographer Hidenobu Kasahara, with this "new journey" as its theme.
