"INTERNATIONAL SPORTS," a footwear and apparel collection inspired by sports heritage, will be released sequentially from April

Apr 15, 2020

Reebok will release the "INSPTAPUMP FURY" and "FURY LITE" on April 17th as part of its collection themed around "INTERNATIONAL SPORTS."

In addition, a special women's model of "CLUB C," which celebrates its 35th anniversary this year, and an apparel collection including "Twin Vector" track jackets and pants, T-shirts, shorts, etc. will be released sequentially from April to go along with the footwear.

The main footwear in this collection is based on Reebok's signature model, the Instapump Fury, and the Fury Lite, which follows its silhouette, and is a model that recreates the brand's original sporting origins. In addition, a women's model based on the theme of "INTERNATIONAL SPORTS" will be released for the classic shoe "CLUB C," which could be called Reebok's "secret classic."

The Instapump Fury features a unique gradient color in the "bladder," where the air is pumped, and the retro collection logo on the sole is a highlight. Meanwhile, the Fury Lite has a simple design based on monotone colors, but the vivid colors used on the strap add an accent. The model is unique yet easy to coordinate with any style.

The "CLUB C" is a special model characterized by a pop print sockliner with a national flag motif and green and yellow side stripes. The collection's logo also appears on the tongue of the "CLUB C."

The apparel collection, which will be released sequentially along with the footwear, includes colorful track jackets and pants featuring the "Twin Vector" inspired by Reebok's 90s heritage, as well as T-shirts and shorts featuring graphics with archive and futuristic motifs.

This “INTERNATIONAL SPORTS” collection is developed as a collection that embodies the idea that, like athletes striving to win, in sports competition can bring people together rather than driving them into conflict.

■About the Instapump Fury
The Instapump Fury was released as a running shoe in 1994 and is a model that remains highly popular today as one of Reebok's signature shoes. In 2019, the model celebrated its 25th anniversary, with a number of anniversary projects being implemented, including the re-release of the Instapump Fury Prototype and Instapump Fury OG.

■What is the "FURYLITE 3"?
The "FURYLITE 3" is the latest model in the "FURYLITE" series, which follows the silhouette of the "INSTAPUMP FURY." The slip-on design makes it easy to put on and take off, and the lightweight, durable "3D ULTRALITE SOLE" sole makes it an item that is also excellent in terms of functionality.

■What is "CLUB C"?
In the late 1970s, a tennis boom swept the world, and its popularity continued into the 1980s. During this time, Reebok's iconic model, "CLUB C," was released as a tennis shoe called "Club Champion." With its simple and classic look, it gained popularity not only in the tennis world, but also in the fashion scene around the world as a staple white shoe. And even now, 35 years after its release, it remains beloved by many fans as a sneaker that represents casual fashion.
