Rouge Dior Ultra Balm gives your lips a subtle, glossy finish like wet petals. The secret lies in the 100% natural flower oils and micro pearls encapsulated in the sparkling CD monogram at the center of the lipstick. These two charms provide intense care and beautiful color that lasts for 12 hours.
