MY HONEY, headquartered and factory located in Tottori, sets strict in-house standards and handcrafts its honey without any preservatives or artificial sweeteners, making it completely additive-free.

The secret to its deliciousness is the rare, high-quality raw Hungarian acacia honey, which was discovered after a global search. This acacia honey is said to have a lower GI than tofu (GI value of 28!). MY HONEY's honey, based on the natural, mellow sweetness of this acacia honey and fragrant Japanese flower honey, is sugar-free, making it safe to consume even on a diet.
