The MEDICOM TOY EXHIBITION '19 will be held from July 20th to 25th at Space O in Omotesando Hills, Tokyo.


The exhibition will feature displays of new product samples scheduled for release between 2019 and 2020, as well as a special exhibition of archives. The exhibit will include BE@RBRICK, beloved worldwide as an increasingly "artistic toy" and a diverse range of collaborations; BE@RBRICK spin-offs R@BBRICK and NY@BRICK, expanding the world of BE@RBRICK; MAFEX, the strongest action figure in history; REAL ACTION HEROES, which utilizes advanced production techniques to achieve film-quality figures; ULTRA DETAIL FIGURE, which offers a unique lineup of appealing figures; and Vinyl Collectable Dolls.

Also on display will be Sync., which offers playful items that cherish the connection between artists and objects; FABRICK®, which is popular for its textile goods based on the concept of making life more enjoyable; Retro Soft Vinyl, which continues to present a variety of series in collaboration with various manufacturers and artists; and VAG.

Commemorative items for the event include the "MEDICOM TOY CAMO SHARK BE@RBRICK" in three sizes: 100%, 400%, and 1000% (100% 2,000 yen, 400% 10,000 yen, 1000% 60,000 yen), and the "MOON" BE@RBRICK, a water-printed version of a photo of the moon's surface from the NASA Image Library, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the moon landing. BE@RBRICK (100% & 400% 12,000 yen, 1000% 48,000 yen) and the long-awaited new DAFTPUNK model "BE@RBRICK DAFT PUNK (DISCOVERY Ver.) GUY-MANUEL de HOMEM-CHRISTO 1000% / THOMAS BANGALTER 1000%" (48,000 yen each) will be available.

Also available is the new "BE@RBRICK Karimoku fragmentdesign 400% Polygon – CHESS / Carved Wooden - LONGITUDINAL CHESS" (220,000 yen each), a 400% wooden BE@RBRICK made by Karimoku. Each piece is an ultimate masterpiece, handmade by a skilled craftsman. In addition, "FLOWER BOMBER (GESSO BLACK Ver.)" (58,000 yen) and "MONKEY SIGN (DRIP Ver.)" (48,000 yen), inspired by BANKSY's graffiti, will also be released.
