Beurre Aromatisé "Watermelon" (690 yen) is a unique flavor that can only be enjoyed in the summer, made by kneading plenty of juice from Kurayoshi watermelon grown in Tottori Prefecture and bitter-tasting couverture chocolate into fresh butter. The flavor of Kurayoshi watermelon enhances the milkiness of the fresh butter, while still allowing you to fully enjoy the refreshing flavor and taste of the watermelon itself.
