ROCKET, a gallery that continues to present "new and interesting" content that reflects the mood of the times, will open a pop-up gallery space focused on "food," called "COMINGSOON," inside the new Shibuya PARCO, which is scheduled to open in the fall of 2019.

In today's world of rapid development in digital technology, there has been growing attention being paid to food culture, which requires a sense of place and time, as content that allows people to share real experiences and emotions that can only be enjoyed in person.

From 2008 to 2016, Rocket operated a space in a house in Harajuku that connected "food and art," and ran the catering service CATERING ROCKET that was born from this. With the opening of "Coming Soon," they will utilize their past experience to promote food culture as a new space specializing in "food and culture/fashion/art."

Equipped with a gallery space and a mini kitchen, the space will be a place where creators active in a variety of fields, including the food and beverage industry as well as fashion, art, and music, can freely present their work with "food" as the keyword, and where companies and media can provide new and interesting "food experiences," with a wide variety of projects planned to be launched.
