LAPS, a watch brand from Paris, France, will release new models inspired by the culture of the 1960s to the 1980s on May 17th.

The brand has gained popularity for its unique and original designs, handcrafted by Parisian artisans. Its artistic timepieces, featuring distinctive rectangular details and original materials and graphics on the dial, spark the imagination.

This time, the lineup includes 11 new models inlaid with retro art pieces. The collection includes models featuring psychedelic graphics inspired by the hippie subculture that swept the world in the 1960s, models featuring metro maps from the 1980s, such as the "Chatelet" model featuring Le Ventre Paris (the center of Paris), and designs featuring glitter inspired by the traditional Parisian club "PALACE."

"Chatelet" (16,800 yen)
Other models include a model featuring the vibrant neon facades of kebab shops seen throughout Europe, and a summery model featuring the brand's first hologram dial. All models will be produced in limited quantities, each with a unique serial number. Sales will begin on May 17th at participating stores nationwide and online stores.
