Mustard Hotel's third location, "Mustard Hotel Asakusa 2," will open in Hanakawado, Asakusa, Tokyo, on May 1st.

Mustard Hotel is based on the concept of being a hotel that is "the hidden flavor of the city," not just a place to stay but a place to enjoy the city. Mustard Hotel opened its first location, "Mustard Hotel Shibuya," in Shibuya, Tokyo in September 2018, and its second location, "Mustard Hotel Asakusa 1," in Asakusa's Kaminarimon Gate in February this year. The third location, Mustard Hotel Asakusa 2, like Mustard Hotel Asakusa 1, is a fusion hostel and hotel accommodation that can accommodate a variety of needs, including solo travelers, friends, families, and groups.
Entrance
The architecture and interior design were handled by Landscape Products Co., Ltd. A combination of soft and warm materials has been used to blend into the cityscape, providing a space where guests can start and end their day in comfort.
Dormitory (bunk bed)
Private room (double)
There are both dormitory-style and private rooms, with the dormitory-style rooms equipped with bunk beds and single boxes. The private rooms are available in double and family types.
Original key chains for sale at "KIOSK"
Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities, such as soaking in the semi-natural hot spring in the large public bath on the second floor, renting a yukata designed by Takayuki Minami of alpha.co.ltd, renting bikes to help with sightseeing in the area, and purchasing original merchandise at "KIOSK." Guests can also enjoy an original guidebook featuring lesser-known long-established and hidden shops in Asakusa, allowing them to fully enjoy their stay while exploring the area.

A "Gallery & Lounge Bar" will also open to the public on the first floor. It will offer Japanese craft beer and sake, along with curry rice from "TRIANGLE CURRY," freshly baked bread from "GARDEN HOUSE CRAFTS," and deli food from "Megan - bar & patisserie." It will also be used as a gallery space, and plans call for the regular "CREATORS IN MUSTARD" event. "CREATORS IN MUSTARD" allows creators and artists visiting Tokyo to create works, hold exhibitions, and hold live performances during their stay. The initiative aims to foster interaction with local residents and revitalize the city's culture, and will also serve as a place to disseminate culture.
