"Forest Film Festival: Night Sky Crossing" is an outdoor film festival that takes advantage of the location's unique setting to create a one-night-only fantasy. This year, the festival will be held on September 21st at "INN THE PARK," a park in Numazu, Shizuoka Prefecture, where you can stay overnight.

The venue chosen for this year's festival is "INN THE PARK," a park in Numazu, Shizuoka Prefecture, known for its striking, floating spherical tents. The accommodation, a modern renovated youth nature center, is themed around a "forest school for adults." The vast grounds, lined with forests and streams, allow visitors to experience the lush nature. Its easy access, just an hour and a half by car from the Tokyo metropolitan area, makes it the Forest Film Festival's most accessible location from the city center to date.

Every year, the Forest Film Festival sets a new worldview, and the stage concept within the venue is created based on that worldview. This year's theme is "Before You Know It," and the venue will be designed to be a world filled with the feelings that have long been cherished in the deepest parts of your heart, but which you may have forgotten, through the films being screened and the sounds and lights scattered throughout the venue. The illustrations used are by illustrator Morimoto Hideatsu.
