Founded in Ferrara, Italy in 1989, SLAM JAM, a pioneering select shop that introduced street fashion to Italy, opened a pop-up store in Shibuya on March 20th. Following on from New York in February and Paris in June of last year, the pop-up store will run for four days until the 24th at Gallery COMMON.



During the event, collaborations and limited edition items with numerous brands, including ALYX, Nike, adidas, and Martine Rose, will be released every day, and the "SLAM JAM x NIKE BLAZER MID CLASS 1977," a reissue of the Nike Blazer, will also be released. The announcement will be made the day before on the store's official Instagram account.

A reception party was held on the 19th, the day before the opening, where Onyx Collective, a jazz unit based in New York whose merchandise is also sold at Slam Jam, performed a live show in the store.



On the 22nd, a party called "SLAM JAM with Claudio Coccoluto" will be held at Studio Freedom in Dogenzaka, Shibuya, featuring Italian house artist Claudio Coccoluto, Sam Fitzgerald, Fraser Cooke, DJ Hendrix, and video artist Nakamura Takeshi.
