Acne Studios' iconic Musubi and Baker bags have been updated for the Spring/Summer 2019 collection.
Musubi is an iconic Acne bag with a distinctive knotted design inspired by the traditional Japanese obi. In addition to the existing smaller camera-style bag, larger shoulder bag, and mini size with strap, this season's new addition is the Musubi Milli, which features a flap.
The lineup includes colors ranging from sharp coral to spring-like pale blues and yellows, as well as simple and versatile black, brown, and beige-ish white. All bags are made in Italy, with a 100% cowhide exterior and 100% lamb's leather lining. The "Acne Studios" logo is engraved on the surface.
The "Baker" is a tote bag with a shoulder strap, based on the shape of a paper grocery bag. This season, new designs are available in 100% cowhide in patent orange, patent black, and patent white. Also available is a design featuring a bold lip print in pink, black, and white polyurethane, a design that stood out on the runway. Available in extra large and medium sizes.
