ADDICTION will release its 2019 Summer Collection, "CARMEN ROSE," on April 5th.



Inspired by Georges Bizet's opera "Carmen," the summer collection evokes the image of a wild Latin woman. Popular ADDICTION items, including eye shadow, blush, and nail polish, are available in an unprecedentedly wide range of colors.

"The Eyeshadow" (limited to 12 colors, 2,000 yen each) comes in a limited-edition lineup of 12 burnt rose shades. Available in a pearl type that shows off the color and a non-pearl matte type that shows the color as it appears, the product beautifully colors the eyes with a variety of light and dark and sparkle. The pearl type comes in 10 colors, including a dark red inspired by the song "Habanera" from the movie, a faded mosaic beige, and a passionate deep red. The matte type comes in two colors: a sensual and fashionable pink, and a smoky pink reminiscent of the sweet moon.
"The Eyeshadow" (12 limited colors / 2,000 yen each)

"The Nail Polish" (1 new color, 11 limited colors / 1,800 yen each), which is inspired by skincare and contains three organic moisturizing ingredients, now comes in a variety of rose shades. The colors are inspired by the beauty and uninhibitedness of the main character, Carmen, and include the passionate Carmen Rose, the vintage rose that resembles withered petals, the burnt brown that expresses burning love, and the languid sheer purple, and you can enjoy matching the colors with the eyeshadow. "The Blush" (2 limited edition colors / 2,800 yen each) is a blush color that brings out the beauty of your bare skin. Inspired by the wild and charming tanned skin of Carmen, it comes in two limited edition colors: Romantic Bronze, which sparkles with silver pearl, and Dusty Rose, which is reminiscent of the rose-colored earth. It gives your skin a healthy finish, as if bathed in summer sunshine.
"The Blush" (2 limited colors / 2,800 yen each)

Lip items include "Lip Gloss Pure" (3 limited colors / 2,500 yen each), which shines mysteriously with pearls of various sizes, "Lipstick Pure" (1 new color + 1 limited color / 2,800 yen each), which provides beautiful color and shine that lasts for a long time, and "Lipstick Sheer" (1 limited color / 2,800 yen each), which has high transparency and pure color, now in a rose color inspired by Carmen.

In addition, on April 26th, four limited edition sunscreens will be released that protect the skin from UV rays and moisturize, leaving it supple. "Skin Protector Face & Body" (SPF35・PA+++, 120g/3,500 yen) and "Skin Protector Body Glow" (SPF30・PA+++, 120g/3,500 yen) have a transparent finish. Similarly, "Skin Protector Bronze Face & Body" (SPF30・PA+++, 120g/3,500 yen) and "Skin Protector Bronze Body Glow" (SPF30・PA+++, 120g/3,500 yen) are bronze shades that give you a healthy, tanned complexion. The essence-in-base formula is rich in moisturizing ingredients, making it smooth and comfortable to use.
