The 2nd Shonan Cooking Tools Fair, where you can experience the charm of kitchen tools, will be held on January 26th and 27th at Shonan T-SITE in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture.


Held for the second time this year, the Shonan Cooking Tools Fair is based on the concept of "trying out the tools on the spot and tasting the food made with the tools," and will feature an increased number of booths than the previous year, with a collection of cooking tools from Kappabashi Kitchen Street, the latest home appliances, wooden cutlery, and cast iron pots. A carefully selected selection of cooking implements will be on display, including knives from Kamaasa Shoten, graters from Iidaya, and stainless steel products from Conte. Other items on display include Balmuda home appliances from KONCENT, cooking appliances from Ayase Manufacturing Research Association, induction cooking appliances from Flying Saucer, chopsticks from Hashifuji Honten, European lifestyle goods such as Arteinolivo and TURK from Hayama Select Innocence, tableware from Rokurosha, wooden cutlery and tableware from La Luce Co., Ltd., cooking utensils such as iron pots from Kuun LLC, fermented foods and rice bran beds from 85, and tableware and cooking utensils from nice things. STORY. Organic tea leaves, mugs, and cake plates will be available from ecote, which will only be open on the 27th.


Hands-on events will also be held throughout the venue. On January 26th, Kamaasa Shoten will collaborate with Shonan Mercato, the farmers market held every Saturday at Shonan T-SITE, at the outdoor promenade in Buildings 1 and 2. Demonstrations and tastings will be held of dishes such as bamboo steaming using vegetables and eggs from select farmers. On January 26th and 27th, in the kitchen space on the first floor of Building 2, each store will take turns demonstrating and showing how to use their recommended products, as well as holding talk shows.
