The perfect combination of strawberries and chocolate! High Cacao Chocolate Stand will be holding a "Strawberry Fair"

HI-CACAO CHOCOLATE STAND, a chocolate stand that offers sweets that showcase the pure deliciousness of bean-to-bar chocolate, will be holding a "Strawberry Fair" from January 17th to mid-March.

"Fondant au Chocolat with Strawberry Cream" (650 yen) *Exclusive to Daikanyama store
The "Strawberry Fair" will feature a variety of sweets made with seasonal strawberries. The Daikanyama store will be selling "Fondant au Chocolat with Strawberry Cream," which combines the store's signature menu item, "Fondant au Chocolat," with strawberries to allow you to enjoy the richness of chocolate and the sweet and sour taste of strawberries. A new flavor of bite-sized fondant au chocolat coated in white chocolate will also be available.

"Strawberry Soft Serve Ice Cream" (650 yen) *Harajuku store only

The Harajuku store will offer a lineup of takeout sweets perfect for eating on the go, such as "Strawberry Soft Serve Ice Cream" made with Jersey milk and "Strawberry Custard Crepes," custard cream luxuriously topped with fresh strawberries. Other gorgeous-looking drinks available at both the Daikanyama and Harajuku stores include "Strawberry Hot Chocolate" and "Strawberry Iced Chocolate."



Also, from January 17th to February 14th, a Valentine's Day-only menu will be available. The menu includes "Tablets," made with chocolate with a cacao content of over 70%, allowing you to directly taste the rich flavor of cacao; "BARK Chocolate," topped with nuts, marshmallows, dried fruit, and more; and a "Cookie Tin" containing an assortment of four types of cookies. The lineup offers a casual way to enjoy the combination of various ingredients and high-quality chocolate.

In addition, a Valentine's Day-exclusive flavor set, the "Valentine's Chocolate Canelé Fondant 6-Piece Box," has also been released for the "Chocolate Canelé Fondant." It includes gorgeous flavors such as Custard Berry and Strawberry Mascarpone, which can only be enjoyed during this time of year.
