The Y-3 RAITO RACER, a new footwear line featuring BOOST™ foam from Y-3's Spring/Summer 2019 collection, will be released worldwide on December 13th.

The item's name, "Raito," is a portmanteau of the Japanese pronunciation of "Light." The iconic BOOST™ foam midsole has been redesigned with a sleek, streamlined design, making this the lightest footwear in the Y-3 range.
The upper is made from Primeknit, which is knitted in one piece in all directions, and the translucent outsole is made from the same material used in Adidas' Adizero running shoes, which are primarily designed for short to medium distance races. In addition to being lightweight, the shoes also have excellent traction and durability, making them suitable as travel sneakers to pack in a bag.
The shoes will be available at Y-3 directly managed stores in Japan, Y-3 ZOZOTOWN, www.y-3.com, and selected shops.
