The Park Store x Food and Tableware event, "Autumn One-Plate Meal Using Tableware by Ehime Artist Sasaki Tomoya," will be held on October 13th, and will also serve as the unveiling event for the concept shop "The Park Store," which opens in Nakameguro, Tokyo on October 25th.


Tomoya Sasaki, a ceramic artist who works in Ehime, has collaborated with Food and Tableware, a project that proposes the enjoyment of each season through food culture and tableware, to offer an autumn one-plate meal made with newly harvested rice and seasonal ingredients, one of the joys of autumn, for just 500 yen.

This time, guest chef Usui Hana, a researcher who promotes Japanese dining culture in accordance with seasonal events and almanac, will appear, and you can enjoy the ultimate salted rice ball.
Enjoy the combination of newly harvested rice delivered directly from Akita, salted rice balls, and photogenic tableware.
