This interactive Cajun seafood dining establishment currently operates two locations, offering an adaptation of the "catch" style of Cajun seafood popular in places like the West Coast of the United States and Hawaii. This fall, we're introducing a menu based on the concept of "SURF & TURF," a platter of beef steak and grilled lobster (SURF = sea, TURF = pasture) that's perfect for the autumn season when appetites are at their peak. The "Catch the Surf & Turf Combo" is a limited-time combo featuring Wagyu beef round meat, lobster, snow crab, head-on herb shrimp, and several types of vegetables. The seafood and meat are served directly to the table, allowing you to eat with your hands in a hearty, hands-on setting, perfect for large parties. Other luxurious menu items include the "Surf & Turf Plate," which features a whole lobster and Wagyu beef sirloin steak on one plate, and the lunch-only "Surf & Turf Burger," which features head-on herb shrimp and a beef patty, allowing you to enjoy both seafood and meat all at once.
