The fifth edition of the culture market project, "Laforet Market vol.5 “FUN”," proposed by "Ba to Ma," a company active mainly in event and spatial direction, in collaboration with Laforet Harajuku, will be held on September 22nd and 23rd.


Held as a special edition commemorating the first anniversary of the first event and the 40th anniversary of Laforet Harajuku, the theme of this year's event is "FUN." Around 40 diverse booths will be set up across a wide range of genres, including fashion, art, lifestyle, and food. Among the noteworthy stores are CRAZY KIOSK, run by Yuka Sato, a buyer at "method," a specialist goods group led by Yu Yamada; Danish interior brand HAY; ICETACHE, an ice cream brand born from a Sapporo skate park; and the stuffed animal shop "-Kousen-," whose products sell out instantly online.


A raffle will be held at the venue to commemorate the 40th anniversary. Purchasers at Laforet Harajuku shops or booths will receive a raffle entry ticket. Present your entry ticket to enter a no-lose lottery selected by Crazy Kiosk. The first prize is a Crazy Kiosk Pack, exclusive to Laforet Harajuku. Even if you lose, you'll still receive a hilarious prize, like a dagashi snack, unique to Crazy Kiosk.

Special workshops and events will also be held. Gallery VOILLD will be holding its first-ever event, "Tonda Hayashi Ran Calligraphs Any Word You Come Up With 2018," starting at 3:00 PM on September 22nd. Customers who spend ¥5,000 or more (tax included) will receive a gift of a calligraphy-written phrase by Tonda Hayashi Ran. Also, starting at 3:00 PM on September 23rd, there will be a "Nakayama Shinichi/Kao-kun Live Drawing" event, where attendees can instantly draw their favorite illustrations on postcards featuring Nakayama Shinichi's character "Kao-kun." The participation fee is ¥1,620 (tax included). Additionally, permanent workshops include a "Stencil Workshop" by Moriya Tsutomu, where attendees can customize their own clothing or bags with stencil printing; "J-WAVE BOOK SHARING," where attendees can bring and share books they've finished reading or no longer need; "Used & Vintage Clothing Repair" by Visiting Old, a secondhand clothing repair shop; and "Shoe, Bag, and Leather Goods Maintenance" by Reikutsudo.
