"CHEWING GUM" was the brand's first model, which made a sensational debut in 1996. Inspired by the mysterious sense of fulfillment and hope for the future that a red string charm tied around his arm by a friend in India, and the sense of happiness that can be obtained with just one charm, designer Akiyoshi Onozuka wanted to create a watch that would not just be a tool for telling time, but would act as a talisman that would give people peace of mind when they wear it.
