Starting August 29th, TOGA will be holding an event at Re-Style on the 3rd floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building, where you can freely touch up items from the brand's latest Fall/Winter 2018 collection, including the NARS Quad Eyeshadow used in the London show.
