Yves Saint Laurent will release its new Fall 2018 collection, "YCONIC PURPLE," featuring the brand's iconic color, "purple," nationwide on July 27th.
This commemorative collection marks the first creation by Tom Pecheux, who was appointed Global Beauty Director in 2017. Tom has reinterpreted purple, an iconic color that has historical significance for the house, to create a collection with a powerful presence that symbolizes modernity, strength, and femininity.
"YCONIC PURPLE"
The key item of the collection is the "Couture Chalk." It is Tom's personal favorite item in the collection, and is a unique chalk-type makeup color that can be used freely as an eye, lip, or cheek color. The lineup also includes nine other products (priced from 3,200 yen to 10,000 yen), including eye shadow palettes, lip colors, and nail polish.
