MUVEIL has announced a collaboration collection with Peter Rabbit™ called "I ♥ PETER RABBIT™". The first collection, "Summer in the Lake District", will be on display at GALLERY MUVEIL from July 27th to August 26th.

Beatrix used her creativity and imagination to create her own unique worldview. At a time when women struggled to find success in society, Beatrix's strong will and abundant talent paved the way for a new era, and her approach to life echoes Muveil's portrayal of women. Furthermore, the Lake District, which Beatrix cherished and dedicated her life to protecting, was designated a World Heritage Site in 2017. This collaboration also embodies her hope that her love of nature and her desire to protect this place from development will be passed on to future generations.

Beatrix Potter also studied the biology of mushrooms, leaving behind a wealth of botanical art. The collaborative collection combines art from various artists to present the classic Peter Rabbit™ worldview that is characteristic of MUVEIL.
The lineup includes the "Embroidered Vegetable Print T-Shirt" (25,000 yen), inspired by the farm of Mr. McGregor, Peter's nemesis who appears in "The Tale of Peter Rabbit," the "Bee & Ladybug Basket Bag" (25,000 yen), which features patches based on Beatrix's art, and the "Peter Rabbit™ One-Point Embroidered T-Shirt" (9,000 yen), which features Peter Rabbit™ embroidered in monochrome.

Beatrix Potter's Peter Rabbit™ series of picture books is set in the lush natural surroundings of England's Lake District. Muveil designer Michiko Nakayama encountered the series as a child and, even at a young age, was captivated by the beautiful watercolor illustrations of the book, depicting various anecdotes about Peter Rabbit™ and his friends, as well as life in the naturally rich Lake District.
