ADDICTION will be releasing a limited edition of its Fall 2018 collection, "EMPRESS ORCHID," inspired by the film "The Last Emperor," from August 3rd.
"Compact ADDICTION “Chinoiserie”" (limited to 6 types/9,000 yen each) is an eyeshadow palette filled with 9 dramatic colors reminiscent of the world of the film. The lineup includes six shades, including "Eastern Jewel," which expresses a hidden allure with passionate matte red, lustrous amethyst, and dreamy green; "China Girl," which conveys a sense of transparency and melancholy with smoky pink and gray; and "Trust Me," a collection of youthful beiges and browns. Additionally, "Last Emperor," inspired by a Chinese empress with its noble yellow and elegant mandarin orange, is available in a limited-edition compact designed by illustrator Hiroshi Tanabe. The "Rouge Compact Addiction "Empress Orchid" (limited to one shade/7,800 yen) is a lip color palette featuring a variety of reds in various shades and textures. It includes 10 sophisticated shades, ranging from dressy deep shades to lighter shades suitable for everyday use, including translucent dusty rose, dignified true red, vibrant crimson red, and decadent dark burgundy. The textures are a pure type that delivers vibrant, true-to-life color and a highly translucent sheer type.
